It is a very exciting time at Compass Therapy Solutions. We
have been busy finishing up the school year, looking into the next school year, planning, re-planning, and did I mention... planning?
When I sat down and looked at what has happened in the last month, well.... the numbers speak for themselves:
250 people have visited our page by simply word of mouth.
Close to 80 families were served through First Steps all over the State of Missouri.
Compass became one of the leading provider agencies for Missouri First Steps.
We welcomed 13 new providers to our team.
We ended the 21-22 school year with 24 school contracts.
We secured 52 school contracts for the 22-23 school year.
In 2021, 3 therapists, working in a variety of settings, experienced the overwhelming need for consistent staffing in a variety of settings, so Compass Therapy Solutions was established to provide solutions to various clients' needs around the State of Missouri. Here we are in 2022: serving in every region of the State of Missouri, with 52 employees, providing services under 10 different disciplines, and serving 200+ clients.
And we are just getting started.
It has been an honor and privilege to see how Compass has grown and expanded. We feel lucky to work with great schools, providers, and families. And we are excited to see where this journey takes us.
