Compass Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned company with well over 50 years of combined experience.   As therapists working in a variety of settings,  we experienced the overwhelming need for an organization that offered a staffing element, while also providing consistent and ongoing expertise and guidance. That vision is what has taken the company from three to over 40 therapists and educators working in school districts, clinics, and in homes within the state of Missouri. 
With a dedicated focus on providing comprehensive in-person and online staffing services and solutions to various clients throughout the state of Missouri, Compass Therapy Solutions continues to strive to be the leading provider of special education services. Providing services such as: SLP, SLP-A, OT, COTA, PT,  PTA, Music Therapists, Vision Services, O&M, and Special Educators is only part of what we do.  We are truly committed to helping schools, families, and clinics find solutions to help children maximize their success.
